A person was attacked and cut multiple times Thursday afternoon in downtown Las Vegas, according to Metro Police.
The victim, whose age and gender were not immediately released, was injured in the 1100 block of East Charleston Boulevard, near South Maryland Parkway, Officer Jesse Roybal said.
The person was taken to University Medical Center in serious but stable condition, he said.
No information on any suspects was available, Roybal said.
