Firefighters are investigating a small fire that caused damage to an unoccupied apartment unit today near Nellis Boulevard and Cheyenne Avenue, officials with the Clark County Fire Department said.
Crews from the Clark County and North Las Vegas fire departments, and Las Vegas Fire and Rescue, responded around 11 a.m. to the complex on 3458 Algiers Drive to find light smoke from the apartment’s bedroom.
The fire was quickly extinguished, officials said.
It didn’t spread to neighboring apartments and no injuries were reported. An estimate on the damage was not immediately known.
