The FBI in Las Vegas is publicizing Internet screen names that investigators have linked with a man held in a kidnapping-sex case, in an effort to identify other possible teenage victims.
North Las Vegas police Officer Aaron Patty said Wednesday that investigators were still tracing online contacts made by Jimmy Carter Kim.
Kim, 26, was jailed on $1.5 million bail, pending a preliminary hearing next month on charges of multiple felony kidnapping and child sexual assault with use of a weapon.
The deputy Clark County public defender representing Lee didn't immediately respond Wednesday to messages.
Lee is accused of abducting a 14-year-old girl from Bullhead City, Arizona, and holding her for a month as his sex slave at the home he shares with his father in North Las Vegas.
The girl escaped Dec. 3, and she called 911 from a convenience store, police said. She was examined at a hospital and returned to her family.
Kim also is a suspect in similar case involving a 15-year-old who told police in Reno she was kept captive in North Las Vegas for two weeks in August, police have said.
An FBI statement issued Tuesday noted that Kim has lived in North Las Vegas since 1993 and traveled to Arizona several times.
It lists names Kim allegedly used on Facebook, Snapchat, Kik, MeetMe and Instagram accounts. Many were variations of the name Yimmy, such as YimmySin and Yimmy702. Other names were graphically vulgar.
The FBI notice also noted that Lee has tattoos that include a half-sleeve of Japanese art on his upper right arm and a red masked woman on his left leg, and identifying characteristics such as large-gauge earlobes and "snakebite" piercings on his bottom lip.
People were asked to contact the FBI, Crime Stoppers of Nevada or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Kim's father, Dennis Kim, 75, owns the home. He told The Associated Press he didn't know the girl was there until this month, when he heard a noise upstairs while his son was at school.
He said he confronted his son, who identified the 14-year-old as his girlfriend. The father said he told his son she couldn't stay.
The father also expressed doubt that the girl was kept against her will because he said he never heard a cry for help.
Police have said the father has not been charged with a crime.
