Don’t vote for Republicans

The Republicans are officially against political correctness. I was already aware they were against a lot, but this is different. No more hiding their dislike of blacks, poor people, women, unions, government in general, liberals, the elderly, Muslims, nonright-wing evangelicals, abortions, gays, gay marriages, returning veterans, the disabled, first responders to 9/11, Hispanics, immigrants of any kind, raising the minimum wage, raising taxes on corporations and the wealthy, Barack Obama, filling any open appointments in the Obama administration, climate change, renewable energy, voters’ rights, health care for the nonwealthy, equal pay for equal work, any gun regulations, the IRA, the EPA, the Department of Education, the Consumer Protection Agency, any government regulations, etc. You get the idea. It’s their way or the highway. If you disagree with them, you’re just being “politically” correct, and they’re tired of that.

The Republican Party has tried to scare you to death, and now it wants to get rid of being politically correct because it’s anti-Republican. Where does the party want to go with this? The Republicans are trying to feed their base and their own prejudices. Why would anyone who is not rich vote Republican? The Republican Party only caters to and cares about the rich who donate to the party to get them to do their bidding. There’s nothing for the nonrich from the Republican Party unless the party’s policies satisfy the voters’ prejudices.

The people who do not and will not vote Republican need to get out and vote, remind their like-thinking friends to vote and help with the get-out-to-vote process for the Democratic Party. Those of us who see the evil in the Republican Party need to stop that party before it destroys America as we know it. This Republican Party is not your grandfather’s Republican Party anymore, and the old one is not coming back. Beware, and vote for anyone except a Republican.
