Grab your umbrella and turn on your headlights because rain showers are expected to stick around most of today, according to the National Weather Service.

Rain will continue around the valley into the late afternoon and then become more isolated in certain areas for the evening.

The southern and eastern parts of the valley will receive more rainfal into the evening. The current temperature in Clark County is 48 degrees and not expected to exceed 51 degrees.

Rain accumulation is expected to be between a quarter-inch to a half-inch today, according to meteorologist Justin Pullin.

Drivers are advised to use their headlights due to the fog. Visibility on the roads was recorded at 2.5 miles, according to Pullin.

Cloud coverage will stick around until early Tuesday morning.
