A 3-year-old child was reported dead this morning at a Budget Suites hotel near West Carey Avenue and North Rancho Drive, Metro Police said.
The cause and manner of the child’s death will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office, but there does not appear to be anything suspicious about the death, Officer Larry Hadfield said.
No further details were available about the child, whose death was reported about 5:19 a.m. at the hotel at 2219 N. Rancho Drive, Hadfield said.
The investigation into the death was ongoing, he said.
