The powers that be want to build a soccer stadium with city funds. Really? Why don’t the owners of the casinos pitch in and build it? More people in town equals crowded casinos that make more money.
Use the stadium money to build and repair schools. Improve the education system to get a better-educated workforce to attract more companies to the area.
The most important product of any society is its children.
