Study offers glimpse of immigration’s impact on population growth

Over the past 25 years, the country’s ballooning immigrant population has spread beyond traditional gateways like the California and Texas borders and trickled inland to less obvious spots like Las Vegas.

A study released last month by the Pew Charitable Trusts gives a snapshot of how this trend has impacted communities in Nevada and across the nation.
