2 suspects sought in sports book robbery at the M Resort

Police are looking for two men they say robbed the M Resort sports book at gunpoint Wednesday night.

No one was reported injured in the robbery, which happened about 9:45 p.m. at the hotel, located at 12300 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Henderson Police said.

The men entered the resort and headed to the sports book, pulling out handguns and ordering employees down, police said.

They jumped behind the counter and took cash from the drawers before fleeing in a black four-door sedan, which drove toward Volunteer Boulevard, police said.

Police did not disclose how much money was taken in the robbery.

The suspects are believed to be two white men in their early to mid-20s, weighing about 185 pounds.

Police said the men are between 5-feet-8-inches and 5-feet-10-inches tall.

One man wore tan pants, a gray coat and a dark baseball cap, and the other wore dark pants, a dark coat and a dark baseball cap, police said.
