Three suspects were apprehended Wednesday less than 30 minutes after an armed robbery at a Taco Bell, according to Henderson Police.
Two men wearing masks entered the fast-food joint at 1491 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, near Stephanie Street, with a handgun about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to Henderson Police.
They took cash and fled in a pickup truck being driven by a third man, police said.
No injuries were reported, and police did not disclose the amount of money taken.
A Henderson Police officer spotted a truck matching a description of the suspect vehicle traveling south on Green Valley Parkway and conducted a traffic stop minutes after the robbery, police said.
During the stop, the officer noticed a black mask and money in the vehicle, police said.
Police arrested 19-year-olds Alfonso Santangelo, Jeremiah Atchley and Keegan Nelson in connection with the robbery.
Santangelo, the driver of the vehicle, was arrested on charges of robbery with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery, Henderson Police spokeswoman Michelle French said.
Atchley and Nelson were arrested on charges of burglary while in possession of a gun and conspiracy to commit robbery, police said.
