A 44-year-old man was critically injured this morning in a shooting in a North Las Vegas neighborhood, according to police.
North Las Vegas Police were called about 9:30 a.m. to the 900 block of Country Grove Avenue, near West Carey Avenue and North Martin Luther King Boulevard, Officer Steven Wiese said.
The man who was shot was taken to University Medical Center; no suspects were in custody, Wiese said.
