Twenty-two people were arrested during the first night of Las Vegas' Electric Daisy Carnival, which saw 134,000 attendees, Metro Police said Saturday.

Between 6 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Saturday, 19 drug-related arrests, two misdemeanor arrests and one DUI-alcohol arrest were made.

A total of 506 attendees required medical attention Friday. Most were for minor ailments, police said, but 10 people were transported to area hospitals.

Four traffic citations were written, police said.

According to Insomniac Productions, which runs the festival, 102 people were ejected from the event.

Attendees took to Twitter after the event to complain about huge traffic delays exiting the festival, with some saying it took more than three hours just to get out of the parking lot.
