A man whose body was found near Sandy Valley on Thursday was killed at another location and dumped in the desert, Metro Police said.
The victim was identified today as Delroy Ashton, 23, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office. The cause of death has not been released.
The body was discovered shortly before noon Thursday in the desert south of State Route 160, police said.
