Officials say a husband and wife found guilty in a murderous love triangle have been sentenced to prison.

Christopher Ross and Georgene "Cookie" Ross were sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of cab driver Keith Goldberg.

The woman who had an affair with Goldberg was sentenced to two to six years and the man was sentenced to four to 10 years.

Police said the Ross' beat Goldberg to death in a Henderson apartment and then dumped his body in the desert in 2012.

There was an extensive search for Goldberg after his disappearance. The effort was hindered by liability insurance requirements for the search crew.

The body was found more than a year later near Lake Mead.
