One man was fatally shot at a Boulder Highway apartment complex late Wednesday, Metro Police said.
Police received a report at about 10:35 p.m. of a shooting at the Budget Suites, 4855 Boulder Hwy., Lt. Bobby Smith said.
The man, who was shot five to six times, was transported to Sunrise Hospital, where he later died, Smith said.
No suspects are in custody, and homicide detectives are on scene investigating, he said.
