Teenager in critical condition after shooting at party in NLV

​A teenager was taken to the hospital in critical condition this morning after he suffered a gunshot wound during an argument at a party in a North Las Vegas home, police said.

At about 3:52 a.m., police received reports of a shooting in the 1800 block of Quartet Drive, near Martin Luther King Boulevard and Alexander Road, North Las Vegas Police said.

Officers arrived to find an unidentified teenage boy suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was taken to UMC, police said.

A preliminary investigation suggests a fight broke out among partygoers in the home before the shooting, police said.

The shooters fled before police arrived.
