An 8-month-old baby who fell into a swimming pool last week died Sunday, according to the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
The child died at Centennial Hills Hospital of brain damage due to a lack of oxygen and drowning, according to the Coroner’s Office.
Metro Police were called March 17 to a house in the 6200 block of Dartle Street, near North Jones Boulevard and the 215 Beltway, after reports that the baby fell into the pool.
The Coroner’s Office ruled the death an accident.
