A hang glider crashed in the desert in the northwest valley, critically injuring one person, according to Las Vegas Fire & Rescue.
The crash, which happened past the end of Jones Boulevard, was reported about 11:50 a.m., and the injured person was being flown to University Medical Center, the fire department said.
