Firefighters put out a garage fire today before it spread to the living area of a house in the southwest valley, according to the Clark County Fire Department.
Nobody was injured, officials said.
The fire was reported about 1:35 p.m. in the 7400 block of West Richmar Avenue. Smoke and flames were coming from the garage when firefighters arrived, officials said.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation. A damage estimate was not available.
