A person riding a motor scooter was taken to a hospital this morning after colliding with a vehicle near an elementary school, according to Metro Police.
The crash happened about 7:35 a.m. at the intersection of South Duneville Street and West Reno Avenue, near Jydstrup Elementary School.
The scooter rider was taken to University Medical Center with nonlife-threatening injuries, police said.
