A man in a wheelchair died Monday night after being struck by a pickup truck near the Boulevard mall.
Officers responded at 9 p.m. to a crash at near Desert Inn Road and Maryland Parkway, Metro Police Lt. David Gordon said. The pedestrian was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.
Traffic has been restricted at the intersection of Desert Inn and Maryland Parkway.
The collision remains under investigation.
