Police searching for suspect in North Las Vegas convenience store robberies

North Las Vegas Police are asking for help identifying a man they say robbed three convenience stores starting in late July.

Police say the man entered the stores and pretended to be purchasing small items. When the clerks opened their registers, he grabbed money, according to police.

No injuries were reported, and the man did not show a weapon, police said.

A video released by police of one of the robberies shows a man pulling out cash to pay for an item before shoving the clerk and taking money.

The robberies happened about 11:30 a.m. July 30 in the 6300 block of Simmons Street; about 1 p.m. Aug. 14 in the 600 block of West Craig Road; and about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 25 in the 5900 block of Losee Road.

The suspect is described as about 30 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown . He wore a red shirt in all three robberies, police said.
