Nine people were forced from their home this morning by a fire that started in a storage area, according to the North Las Vegas Fire Department.
No injuries were reported.
The fire was reported about 7 a.m. in the 2500 block of Salt Lake Street, near East Evans Avenue and Civic Center Drive, according to a fire department Twitter report.
Five adults and four children were displaced, officials said.
