CARSON CITY — Gov. Brian Sandoval today announced that he appointed Francine Lipman, a professor of law at UNLV, to the Nevada Tax Commission.
She replaces Bob Barengo of Reno, who has served since 2003 on the commission that sets rules and decides tax matters.
Lipman is a certified public accountant, tax attorney, business executive and educator.
