CARSON CITY — NV Energy says surveys show most customers are satisfied with their service.
The company filed its annual quality of service report with the state Public Utilities Commission last week, based on a sampling of its 1.2 million customers.
Residential customer satisfaction in the Las Vegas area rose from 69 percent in 2011 to 79 percent in 2015. In the Reno area, satisfaction last year was 88 percent, up from 85 percent in 2011.
