Welcome to the 21st century: Immersive porn is coming to Las Vegas.
Virtual Reality Bangers, a Los Angeles-based company that produces immersive, 360-degree porn, announced its intent Tuesday to bring its offerings to hotels across the globe. Not surprisingly, the company’s first destination is Las Vegas. Its chief executive said the company is testing its system, called the “VR Bangers Hotel Experience," with an undisclosed hotel (or possibly several hotels) near the Las Vegas Strip.
That means it’s likely that for $19.99, some Las Vegas guests will soon be able to purchase the “experience,” put on a VR headset and enter an immersive porn scene with a setting that will replicate a hotel room.
“Next you will hear a knock on the door (in the virtual reality world), and the girl or guy will come into your room in order to enjoy an erotic or sex experience with the viewer,” the company said in a media release.
The company will deliver its service through AuraVisor headsets that have been loaded with its content. VR porn is meant to stream porn from a first-person perspective so its users feel they are in the scene.
VR Bangers CEO Daniel Abramovich would not disclose its partner here, but the company’s media release said the service would be available at several locations. He also would not say when it would be available.
“Once we are done (with the final negotiations), the hotel will disclose it on it's own and make a big presentation,” he wrote in an email.
After the Las Vegas debut, the company plans to expand the service. It is seeking partnerships with hotels from around the world.
