A man was shot and killed early Sunday morning at a house near the North Las Vegas Justice Court.

Officers responded about 12:30 a.m. to the 2500 block of Page Street, near North Martin Luther King Boulevard and West Carey Avenue, according to North Las Vegas Police.

Upon arrival, officers found a 24-year-old man dead from an apparent gunshot wound, police said.

Initial investigation indicates that there was an argument outside of the house between multiple people, police said. It is unclear at this time if the man was shot inside or outside the home.

Police said this incident does not appear to be a random act of violence.

No suspects have been arrested.
