Authorities are investigating three separate homicides that occurred in a period of less than 24 hours.
Metro Police located the body of 54-year-old Kevin Michael Hockar on Saturday night outside his home near Maryland Parkway and Serene Avenue.
Officers found the man suffering from at least one gunshot wound about 7:05 p.m., Lt. Charles Jenkins said. He died at Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center.
No suspects are in custody.
North Las Vegas Police responded to a home around 12:30 a.m. Sunday and found a 24-year-old man with a fatal gunshot wound.
No suspects have been identified.
A few hours later, Metro responded to an apartment complex at Mountain Vista Street and Vegas Valley Drive.
Investigators say a fight led to a man getting fatally shot.
The incidents come on the heels of a teenage boy's shooting death at a recreation center Saturday morning.
