Most of the Las Vegas Valley was wet Thursday evening as thunderstorms rolled through, according to the National Weather Service.

This set of storms was forecast to be gone by about 6:30 p.m., meteorologist Caleb Steele said.

Pebble-sized hail fell in the Gibson Springs area of Henderson for several minutes starting about 6:05 p.m.

About 800 NV Energy customers in the central valley, near the Meadows mall, were without power due to the weather beginning about 5:20 p.m. Power was restored by about 7 p.m., according to the utility company.

The chance of more rain ends about midnight but will return Saturday, when there's up to a 50 percent chance, Steele said. Friday is expected to be dry.

Temperatures Thursday night aren't forecast to rise above 56 degrees, Steele said. Friday's high can reach 80 degrees.
