Middleweight fighter Nick Diaz flexes while eyeing the crowd during the UFC183 fighter weigh ins at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Friday, January 30, 2015.

UFC fighter Nick Diaz was involved in a brawl with four other men after partying at the Hyde nightclub early Wednesday morning, a report from TMZ said.

The confrontation unfolded just outside the Bellagio club about 2:30 a.m. when the suspended UFC fighter stumbled into a man in a bathroom, the report said, citing a nightclub representative.

Diaz reportedly apologized, but the man and three others started attacking him. Diaz retaliated as the brawl moved out of the bathroom onto the casino floor, the TMZ report said. Chairs were swung as casino security got involved and removed the attackers.

Bellagio representatives declined comment, and a request for comment from Hyde ownership group SBE was not immediately returned.

Metro Police were not called to the nightclub, the TMZ report said, and a Metro spokesman told the Sun that police had no record of the event.

Diaz, 33, is the brother of UFC fighter Nate Diaz, who lost a five-round unanimous decision featherweight bout Saturday against Conor McGregor at UFC 202.

Nick Diaz was suspended for 18 months after testing positive for marijuana following a January 2015 fight with Anderson Silva at UFC 183. Diaz’s suspension was supposed to end on Aug. 1 but continues because of an unpaid $75,000 fine he still owes the Nevada Athletic Commission.

Diaz was not allowed in his brother’s corner for Saturday’s fight and won’t be allowed within six rows of the octagon until the fine is paid.
