Naked house’ part of alleged child prostitution operation

The Las Vegas-area residence where authorities allege child prostitution took place was known as "the naked house."

The girls — at least one of them found to be underage and another the suspect's adult daughter — were allowed to keep the money they made but weren't allowed to wear clothes while on site, according to a Metro Police arrest report.

Authorities shut down the operation, in which the girls would perform various sex-related acts in a southeast valley house owned by David Coil, 63, on Tuesday when they arrested him, police said.

He thought he was meeting a 17-year-old girl he tried to recruit on Craigslist, police said. The girl turned out to be a police officer.

The investigation into Coil began in May when a woman who had seen a Craigslist ad connected to him reported him to police, the report said. The ad sought "cute, sexy, sassy, petit, girls ages 15-19" to give naked massages, police said.

Earlier this month, a 17-year-old girl told investigators she'd been recruited by Coil through a Craigslist ad last year, police said.

She told investigators she was 16 when she saw an online ad looking for "petit, young girls," who would make up to $1,500 a day apparently posted by Coil. "No sex," she recalls the ad saying, according to the report.

The girl, who worked at Coil's home as recently as this month, met him in October, the report said. He took her to his house, served her alcohol and explained what the job would entail. She was hesitant at first but agreed to the work.

Three others were employed by Coil when she joined, the report said. Their ages ranged from 19 to 30, she told investigators.

According to police, rooms in Coil's house were transformed into private massage spaces with tables. The women were instructed to remove their clothes as soon as they walked in. Coil would typically be naked on the premises but out of sight of clients.

The massage fee was $100, and the women were allowed to keep all of it, police said. Rules dictated that the workers would not lie to Coil, not perform full sex acts and must wash their own linen, the report said.

Coil would also role-play with the women on clients who requested the "daddy-daughter" or "grandpa-granddaughter" massage fetishes, police said.

A high school teacher the victim reached out to for help reported Coil to authorities, police said.

Police pretending to be a 17-year-old girl responding to a Craigslist ad contacted Coil on Monday.

In a text thread, he explained what the girl would have to do to make up to $1,500 a day.

Detective: "How much per client n (sic) how much do I give you?"

Coil: "Hahaha. $80 minimum per rub plus tips. All to you!"

Coil was arrested at a fast food restaurant where he thought he was meeting the girl.

He was booked at the Clark County Detention Center on one count of sex trafficking of a child under 18, four counts of soliciting or engaging in child prostitution, and one count each of attempted sex trafficking of a child and adult pandering, police said. He is scheduled to appear in court Friday morning.
