A mobile home caught fire early this morning near East Lake Mead Boulevard and North Sloan Lane, according to the Clark County Fire Department. Nobody was injured.
The double-wide mobile home at 6191 Bluehill Ave. was engulfed in flames when firefighters responded about 4 a.m. Crews put the blaze out within about 20 minutes, and it did not extend to nearby homes, officials said. Twenty-five firefighters from Clark County and Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded.
No one was in the home, which appeared to be under renovation, officials said.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation, and a damage estimate is pending.
