The men apparently are or have been roommates. Officers were called by a neighbor at 6:18 a.m. to the 1100 block of Pleasure Lane near U.S 93 and Paradise Hills Drive. They arrived three minutes later to find a man fatally wounded from one gunshot. The alleged shooter, Michael Lanunziata, 28, remained at the scene.

He was arrested on one count of murder and booked at the Henderson Detention Center. A woman also was in the house, but her relationship to the men was not immediately clear.
