Metro Police say they have detained two people in connection with a shooting this morning in the 600 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, near Bonanza Road.
The shooting, which was reported about 9:05 a.m., sent one person to University Medical Center with an apparent gunshot wound, police said. The victim’s condition was not available.
Police did not provide any information about the two people who were detained.
Metro is advising people to avoid the area, which is in downtown Las Vegas.
