A man has died after being shot in the head this morning, according to Metro Police.
The shooting happened about 2:30 a.m. after two men got into an argument in the 7800 block of Nookfield Drive, near Flamingo Road and Buffalo Drive, police said.
The gunman fled the scene in a vehicle, police said. The victim was taken to University Medical Center and was later pronounced dead, police said.
