A 24-year-old woman accused of intentionally plowing a car into pedestrians on a Las Vegas Strip sidewalk never made it into court, and a judge postponed her appearance.

Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Joe Bonaventure says Lakeisha Nicole Holloway wasn't present Thursday when a judge reset her court date to Feb 18.

Defense attorney Scott Coffee declined Friday to comment.

Her lawyers say Holloway plans to plead not guilty.

Holloway faces 71 felonies, including murder, attempted murder and battery with a deadly weapon in the Dec. 20 crash that killed one woman and injured at least 34 other people.

Police say Holloway was from Portland, Oregon, and told investigators she and her 3-year-old daughter had been living in her car for more than a week before the crash.
