A two-car crash was blocking traffic in the northbound McCarran Airport Connector tunnel, according to Metro Police and the airport’s Twitter account.
Metro responded about 9:45 a.m. today to the crash near McCarran International Airport, Metro spokesman Officer Jesse Roybal said.
One person was taken to a local hospital, police said.
Traffic was being diverted at Sunset Road, Roybal said. A McCarran Twitter post advised drivers to take alternate routes.
