Metro Police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 84-year-old man who they say is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
William Char was last seen Thursday near Arville Street and Twain Avenue wearing a red sweater and brown pants, police said in a news release.
He may need medical attention and is described as a 5-foot-7-inch Hispanic man with brown hair and black eyes, police said.
He weighs 205 pounds and has a medium complexion, police said.
Hospitals are being asked to check for a man matching his name and description.
Anyone with information on Char's whereabouts is asked to call Metro Police at 702-828-3111 or 702-828-2907.
