A man’s body was found Sunday in a wash in the area of West Russell Road and South Decatur Boulevard.
According to Metro Police, officers responded about 1:50 p.m. to reports of the body in the wash near Cameron Street and Oquendo Road, Metro Lt. Jeff Goodwin said.
Detectives don’t believe the incident is related to a criminal act, he said, but police are investigating the death.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office will release the man’s identity, cause and manner of death.
