An electrical fire in the attic of a house in Henderson caused an estimated $155,000 in damage and displaced two people, fire department officials said.
The fire started about 3:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Richgold Street, near Horizon Ridge Parkway and Lemongold Street, the Henderson Fire Department reported. A person who was sleeping awoke to the smell of smoke and got out uninjured, official said.
Firefighters contained the blaze to the attic. It was ruled accidental, official said.
