Authorities are searching for a man who walked away from a minimum-security prison this morning in Tonopah.
Steven Perry, 47, was discovered missing from the Tonopah Conservation Camp about 8 a.m., according to the Department of Corrections.
Perry was convicted in Clark County on June 19, 2015, and was serving 36-84 months for burglary, officials said.
Perry is described as being 5-foot-7 and about 150 pounds with blue eyes and long, gray hair, according to a department news release. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt with a blue button-down shirt and white sneakers.
Anyone with information about Perry’s location, should call 911 or their local law enforcement.
