A 30-year-old man is facing murder counts in the deaths of a man found last year along a Las Vegas freeway and a woman gunned down on her porch in a drive-by shooting, according to Metro Police.

Shawn Eisenman was arrested July 7 in an unrelated case and identified through investigation as a suspect in both killings, police said.

In the first slaying, officers were dispatched about 10:15 a.m. Dec. 9 to U.S. 95 and Lone Mountain Road to investigate a report of a body near a freeway access road, police said. They found a man dead from a gunshot wound, police said.

Police said the victim, 27-year-old Camron Ryan, may have been shot where he was found.

In the other case, a woman was shot about 10:30 p.m. July 3 at a home in the 5700 block of North Campbell Road, police said. She was standing on the porch with two other people when several shots were fired from a vehicle that stopped in front of the home, police said.

The victim, Ladonna Metias, 46, was taken to University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. The car was gone by the time police arrived.

Eisenman was being held at the Clark County Detention Center on counts of murder, assault, shooting into an occupied structure, shooting from a vehicle and being a prohibited person in possession of a gun, police said.
