Shawn Bradley Eisenman, 30, of Las Vegas, was being held on attempted murder, assault and weapon charges when he was named Friday, July 22, 2016, as the suspect in separate killings of a man Dec. 9, 2015, and a woman on July 3, 2016, in Las Vegas.

A man already jailed on attempted murder, assault and weapon charges will face two murder counts in the slaying of a man found last year in northwest Las Vegas and a woman killed in a drive-by shooting early this month, police said Friday.

The naming of Shawn Bradley Eisenman, 30, as the suspect in the Dec. 9 slaying of Camron Ryan and the July 3 killing of Ladonna Marie Metais didn't provide immediate answers about motives for the deaths — or for a June 21 shooting at an auto repair shop that police said led to a confrontation a few days later with detectives who were trying to follow Eisenman.

"Three completely different stories," homicide Lt. Dan McGrath said. "He was just a violent individual who was quick to resort to violence, pull a gun and start shooting."

At one point, a police officer was struck by a vehicle June 30 as a driver police later identified as Eisenman fled from the detectives, according to an arrest report. Police arrested Eisenman at gunpoint July 7.

His defense attorney in that case, Monique McNeill, declined Friday to comment. It wasn't clear if McNeill would represent Eisenman in the new cases.

Ryan, 27, was found dead near an access road adjacent to U.S. 95 freeway near Lone Mountain Road in northwest Las Vegas. He was killed by a gunshot to the head.

Metais, 46, also died of a gunshot to the head while standing with other people outside a residence in a neighborhood near Ann and Fort Apache roads in northwest Las Vegas.

Police said a car pulled up, shots were fired, and the vehicle drove away.

Records show that Eisenman was sentenced to 18 to 45 months in Nevada state prison after he was convicted in Las Vegas in 2013 of auto theft, burglary and failure to stop for a police officer.
