SWAT officers raided an east valley house Thursday night and arrested a man on counts of kidnapping, sex assault and sex trafficking, according to Metro Police and jail records.
Carl Blackman, 33, was arrested in the 5100 block of Sandstone Drive, near Charleston and Nellis boulevards, police said. He was booked at the Clark County Detention Center, jail logs show.
Blackman was scheduled to appear in court Saturday morning.
