Three men were wounded, two critically, in a shooting at a south valley gas station parking lot early Sunday, according to Metro Police.

Officers were dispatched shortly after midnight to the Maverik Adventure’s First Stop at 10490 Bermuda Road, east of Las Vegas Boulevard South, Metro Lt. Kendall Bell said.

The three men were in a parked car when a shooter approached and started firing rounds into the vehicle, Bell said. The shooter fled the scene, leaving all three occupants wounded.

The men were taken to University Medical Center, two suffering critical wounds and the other expected to survive, he said.

Further details were not immediately available.
