For $2.39 million, you can buy a northwest valley house with seven bedrooms, six baths, six garages and a spacious basement, which is a “rarity” in Las Vegas.

Telling people you own a piece of "Pawn Stars" history won't cost you an extra dime.

Reality TV star Corey Harrison has put his 7,069-square-foot home on the market, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties announced Wednesday.

Also according to the firm:

The gated house, which sits one an acre of land at 5860 N. Campbell Road, near Fort Apache Road and Tropical Parkway, was built in 1993 but completely renovated in 2013 when Harrison bought it.

The basement has an entertainment space with a theater and a full bar, according to the firm.

The kitchen is equipped with Wolf stainless-steel appliances.

The grassy outdoor area features a kitchen, a covered patio, a fire pit and additional parking.

The sooner it’s sold, the sooner the new residents can find relief from the summer heat with a dip in the pool, which includes a water slide.
