Why won’t Sanders drop out of the race? Arrogance

Hillary Clinton has received more delegates, more superdelegates and, most important, more votes than Bernie Sanders, but he refuses to leave this race. In 2008, by this time Clinton had conceded and was campaigning for then-Sen. Barack Obama. Not Sanders; he reluctantly said he would vote for Clinton in November, but why would he concede? Well, because he lost!

I hope our platform will change so that no one except a real Democrat can run for president. Democrats dropped the ball by allowing an independent to run in our primary. The sheer arrogance of this man to think he can dictate platforms for the Democratic Party. He is not a Democrat! He has no allegiance to the party nor has he endorsed our nominee. He reluctantly said he would vote for her in November. Big wup!

One of Sanders’ supporters recently said she was going to the convention and still plans on encouraging delegates to vote for him. Really? To what end? Is it arrogance that won’t allow this man to face the reality that he lost? She won! Move on, Bernie; do the right thing. Campaign for Hillary. Encourage your flock to vote for Hillary. Stop pouting! Be humble and concede! It’s about time.
