North Las Vegas police are looking for the driver of a truck who they say caused a fatal crash early Saturday.
Officers were called about 5:30 a.m. to Cheyenne Avenue and Simmons Street, police said.
The driver of a GMC Yukon ran a red light and crashed into a Dodge Dakota, causing a man in the Dakota to be thrown from the vehicle, police said. The man thrown died at University Medical Center.
The people in the Yukon fled on foot, police said. The crash remains under investigation.
