CARSON CITY — Gov. Brian Sandoval today named Anthony Wren of Reno to the Nevada Tax Commission. He succeeds Joan Lambert of Reno, who was chairwoman of the commission when she resigned.
James DeVolld of Reno will become chairman. DeVolld, a banker, has been on the commission since 2012.
Wren is an associate in a real estate firm in Reno.
The commission rules on tax disputes and adopts regulations to comply with laws approved by the Legislature.
