Again this week I was stalled in horrible, unnecessary traffic caused by traffic cones that were not removed or moved to the curb after construction was finished. I was accustomed to heavy traffic in Southern California (Los Angeles alone has more people than all of Nevada), but at least the road restrictions there were only imposed while work was actually being done to the roadways.
I love living in Henderson, but my frustration level soars whenever I hit the road and see yet another “Double Penalty Zone” ahead. Remove the cones!
